What time of the year is it??

Oh yes it is Christmas time. Almost forgot because I have become numb to the Christmas music being played for the last three months if you can actually call it Christmas music. Remixing rudolph and lady gaga doesnt really count as christmas music to me. Is that better than remixing frosty and justin bieber?
However, the roughly 10 xmas parties that I attended for different offices, organizations etc has been pretty amazing aka food amazing. My arteries may not agree with massive amounts of lechon but I certainly agree. Future matt's problem right drew?
However, the key to off-setting the lack of snow in the pines is getting some pcvs together and cooking a fantastic meal. And its all the better when you house sit an amazing house with a beautiful view of Honda Bay and wifi access. Todays menu: Crispy pata, mashed potatoes, babaganoush w/pita bread, fresh homemade apple pie, peanut-butter chocolate chip cookies, pasta salad, gingerbread cookies, mango floats, of course ham, beer and to top it off SANGRIA!

Don't worry about missing the snow for xmas, we still have none. It did snow a little but melted quick. It is Dec 26 and it is raining outside at 9:18pm which, I believe, is not normal for us. Don't worry, we WILL get snow sooner or later. Have not had to use the snowblower yet but be assured, it will get used this winter.
