Camera
So we still do not have a camera. We have turned in all out paperwork for the Peace Corps Insurance but it is taking awhile to process I guess. We also have insurance on it through Best Buy for two years but that would involve shipping the camera home and shipping one back out so we are waiting to see if we can get cash money and simply buy a camera here. There are so many things that we want to take pictures of in Palawan. We are going to be here for awhile so I am sure that we will be able to take many of them at some point but the bigger problem is that we are going to Donsol to dive with whale sharks this weekend and wala camera. In a sick way it is funny that we bought a waterproof camera for reasons just like this and of course it is the only electronic thing so far (knock on wood) that has broken and from water damage! We could simply buy another camera but if we are denied coverage by the insurance and have to ship the camera back to the states/best buy I believe we can only get store credit which means someone (like mom and dad? ha) would have to buy something from best buy (like a camera) and ship it back to us which would take awhile and if we buy a camera here in the meantime what would we buy at best buy? anyways playing the waiting game for awhile...

Krystal,
Let me know what you need me to do! Enjoy your dream comming true. "Whale Sharks" I am so happy for you! love Mum
Hi,
Like your Mom said, either of us can help you out, just let us know. Mom rang in first so she has the driving seat, I will be your backup if you or Mom needs me to do something. Don't forget your options, Camera phone, disposable phone (might have water proof) and rent one for your trip. Almost everything today has a camera on it these days.
You would love to dive off the Isle of Shoals. A couple of the family friends are divers and when they go out, that is one thing they do. Will have to mail you the story of what was found during one of the dives, he gave it to Wendy and I. Also, the next door neighbor on the island owns a dive shop and of course everyone on the island are good friends being only 4 private homes on the whole island, they always watch out for each other. You ever go out there with us, you will have to meet him, he has ALOT of dive stories, very interesting guy as most of the people out there are. There is so much out there you would just love!
Hope you enjoy your trip and for that matter, hope you enjoy your trip in life!!!
Dad
